Know your Tequilas

You are in Los Cabos (or various parts of Mexico) and a good Margarita will just hit the spot.  But why does this one taste so distinct from the one you had last evening across the street?  Don’t blame it on the bartender or the lime juice…….it is the Tequila.  There is a reason that the waiter asks you which Tequila you wish when you purchase a Margarita.  Here is a number of Tequilas put out by the Mexican Council on Tequilas ranking and describing the various Tequilas.  Read through this and find the Tequila that most tempts your taste buds.  Next time you order a Margarita, ask for it to be made with that brand of Tequila
